The Oase Aquaskim 40 pond skimmer is very effective at removing the debris that floats on the pond water surface from the garden pond., ie dust, leaves and other pollutants which can result in pond water becoming saturated with excess external nutrients, the pond becomes murky, and algae starts to form.

A Pond skimmer in the garden pond does not even allow surface pollution to make the water murky.

The new Oase AquaSkim 40 pond surface skimmer has a number of convincing advantages:

The Oase Swimskim 40 has an adjustable height via the two part telescopic tube.
In addition the float automatically bridges water level differentials up to 160 mm, which can easily occur due to rainfall or strong evaporation.
The AquaSkim 40 height can be easily changed and the adjustment will not require tools. The lower part of the tube has a telescopic nut for convenient adjustment. Even adapting to low water levels is possible.
A smaller tube diameter means less air content and thus prevents the surface skimmer from floating.

Inlet includes special stepped hosetail for the skimmer and a additional special stepped hosetail with a 1½" union nut for connecting to the pump.
