Koi Zone will use a online random number picker wheel to pick a choose the winning number live on YouTube (so you will need to subscribe to our YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/@Koi-Zone ). We will also send a confirmation  email to the winner, we will also post the winning number on our social media platforms.

Please do not buy a ticket unless you wish to add the fish to your pond within 1 month, as fish must be collected from our premise by arrangement only  within 4 weeks of winning or Koi can be delivered via our courier at extra charge of £34.95, additional koi can be purchased via website and added to delivery.

No exchanges will be made for the Koi, so please make sure you are happy prior to purchasing a ticket.

Refunds will not be provided for any tickets bought through mistake unless notified within 4 hours of purchase, or before the raffle has ended. No tickets will be refunded under any circumstances once raffles have been drawn. Finally, the raffles are designed to be fair and fun for everyone, so will only be drawn once all the tickets have sold. As with a normal raffle, you are welcome to buy as few or as many tickets as you would like.

Koi Zone Stock fully quarantined Japanese Koi all year round, all high quality and come from some of Japan’s finest breeders.

All our Koi have been quarantined / Aclimatised, we do regular skin scrapes and are fully health checked prior to going on sale.The koi undergo regular health checks, and will not be sold if we are not 100% happy with their condition. 

Koi Zone stock of koi are sourced from a trusted leading supplier who are Cefas authorised and have one of the best quarantine procedures within the UK.

There quarantine procedure is carried out over a minimum of 4 weeks and not only are the fish subjected to heat stress but also screened for KHV using a robust PCR testing program.

Before you purchase any koi please be sure that your pond is able to support a koi community. Koi need adequate filtration and aeration which is vital. Also clear water isn't always clean water as koi eat and produce waste, this produces unseen, but harmful, ammonia and nitrite. All ponds should have Sufficient filters with mechanical and biological components and with ultra-violet units.

We believe in selling our koi at very competive prices to suit all levels of the koi hobbiest.

Please add before 12 delivery if you would like your koi delivered. (You only need to pay the delivery Charge once, when adding further koi to basket  just add them as add to paid Koi delivery in drop down).

Koi will be sent on an overnight before 12 service via APC couriers who are licenced to carry fish, all Koi will be packed in bags with oxygen and boxed to reach you in the best possible condition.

Please note: Koi Zone will not dispatch any Koi until we have confirmation from you the customer that someone will be in to accept delivery. Day to be arranged

The Koi can not be taken back to the depot and redelivered the next day if no one is home.

All koi can be collected direct from our premise at no extra charge.

5 Star Pet Shop Licence
 
Koi Zone have obtained the New Pet Shop Licence with a 5 Star Rating for a 3 year period, to succeed in this you have very stringent new regulations with new procedures. You are only awarded the 5 star rating if you have satisfied the authorities that you have there new procedures and documentation is in place.

Koi Zone are obviously very pleased to have been awarded a 5 STAR RATING.
