Pond Cleaning Service

A Build up of fish waste and natural detritus from other pond visitors and the environment can create a hazardous environment  causing bacterial problems for your fish and other wildlife and also making the pond become unsightly for you. 

During a typical pond clean, the Koi Zone will carry out water quality checks, drain your pond, store your fish and wildlife safely in a temporary tank before removing debris, jet washing and hoovering. Any filter, pump and equipment will be cleaned and serviced. We will then check your fish are healthy before recommissioning the pond.

At the end of our visit, depending on the time of the year, we will add algae/blanketweed treatments to prevent any future build up. This will cause a temporary milky appearance to your pond water, this will dissipate naturally with the help of your filter installation.
