The Laguna Pressure Flo 12000 is known for its high performance, making this pond filter with its high powered integral 25 watt UV steriliser / clarifier the ideal design to give clear,and healthy water.
The Laguna Pressure Flo pressure filte rsystems will provide a mechanical, biological* and UV sterilisation. These systems are designed to work in tandem with the Lugana solids handling pump, such as the Laguna Max Flo range of pond pumps.
Laguna Pressure Flo Filters allow for easy installation above or partially below ground, can be sited either above or below water level due to them being a closed pressurised unit. The return water from the Laguna Pressure Flo Filter can be used to supply a pond waterfall or stream if desired.
The Laguna Pressure Flo range also features a revolutionary Backwash-Cleaning system which helps make routine cleaning simple. Laguna's patent-pending system is one of a kind. Backwash cleaning can be done simply and comfortably in only few minutes without opening the pressure canistor. This ensures the Pressure Flo Filters perform at optimal levels for many days and prolongs the time between a full maintenance session.
The system has a easy-view cleaning indicator signal that lets you know when its time to perform backwash cleaning. Once this occurs simply remove the Laguna Click Fit Sealing cap and attach a pond hose to the backwash outlet via the included Laguna Click Fit Connector. Then the Cleaning selector needs turning to the backwash position before alternately pumping the two cleaning handles up and down to ‘scrape-clean’ the foam inside. The debris inside the canister is then flush out the backwash outlet where it can either be piped direct to drain or straight onto your garden.
