Kinshi Hi Tech Trickle Filter has water enter via the inflow chamber at the top where it is then devided and flows through two spray tubes.

Below this are the two trickle units, which are equipped with a perforated bottom allowing water to easily flow through.

The user fills the trickle units with a filter material of his or her choice.

The units are also equipped with air holes, which allows oxygen to easily be sucked inside. This results in the best possible oxygen saturation of the water. Due to the excess oxygen, there is a minimal chance of an oxygen deficiency arising in the pond, even during the warmer times of the year.

The outflow chamber is equipped with a return flow outlet leading back to the pond. The return flow outlet may be adjusted as needed. The back of the lowest chamber is equipped with a 50mm waste outlet.

Kinshi High Tech Sieve 1

Kinshi High-Tech Sieve 1 is a pre-filter which is used to remove coarse waste particles (such as leaves, algae particles, food residue, etc.) from pond water before it can enter the biological cycle. This will reduce the work load for the bacteria in the biological filter.

It is best to connect the Kinshi High-Tech Sieves to 1 skimmer and 1 bottom drain. The water enters the filter through two tubes with a 110-mm diameter. From here, the water flows over the stainless-steel sieve. The sieve contains holes which range in size from 300 microns to 200 microns (sufficient to allow water through yet prevent waste from getting through). The water comes into the inflow chamber, where the pump can pump it back into the pond or the biological filter. The water supply may be interrupted using a valve so that the sieve may be cleaned. The waste may be rinsed out of the system using a minimum amount of water. The outlet for the waste may also be connected to a sewer system.

Kinshi protein skimmer 1

Kinshi protein skimmer 1 will remove organic waste (including food waste, dead leaves, etc.) that gets in the pond, consists of large amino acid chains, also called protein.

Kinshi protein skimmer separate's these proteins from the pure water pond.

The dirt in the pond by bacteria and enzymes break down into small particles, so small that the protein eventually dissolve in the water.

A mechanical filter can not remove these particles. Before these particles are further broken down harmful substances (ammonium, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate etc.) and the biological filter capacity charge, the proteins through the protein skimmer kinshi removed from the water.
